 Chose this seller because of their existing feedback. Paid slightly more than I could have done but didn't like the feedback of cheaper sellers of same item on ebay. Well worth it in my opinion. Purchased in the evening, posted next day (very well packed) and received the following day.

The reason I have taken the time to write this, which I wouldn’t normally do is that 7 months after purchasing the product it developed a fault.  An email to you at 9.26 in the evening asking for assistance resulted in a very nice reply by 11:48 hrs the following day and a notification of the dispatch of a replacement item by 13:06 hrs.  This was certainly a bolt from the blue!  I didn’t think a company that performed like this existed anymore!  Thank you very much.  For today at least my stress levels will remain on tick over thanks to your excellent service.  I would certainly return to Bamford Trading should I require any other items that you sell.
